About the E-Delivery Confirmation Tab

Electronic Delivery Confirmation (E-DelCon) lets you track scan events including in-transit and delivery date and time of a mailpiece that was sent through international mail.

Electronic USPS Delivery Confirmation® International is optionally provided at no charge. Tracking information includes in-transit scans, the date and time an article was delivered and, if delivery was attempted but not successful, the date and time of the delivery attempt.

Not all international mail classes and destinations support E-Delivery Confirmation.

To use this service, if available, do one of the following:

On the E-Delivery Confirmation tab, select the E-Delivery Confirmation check box.
On the Print dialog box, in the Extra Services field, select E-Delivery Confirmation.
On the Quick Label tab, in the Extra Services field, select E-Delivery Confirmation.
